Hey, i found a way to keep the bandits from running while your Plvling an alt. First you need your alt and your druid. Pull 1 bandit to where you want all the bandits to be killed at.

Take it down to 2-5% health and make sure its snared. Once snared it will stand there w/out moving at 2-15% i believe. Keep it at that health and continue to snare it every 2-4minutes.

Now, pull the bandits right next to (or very very close to) the bandit that is at 2-15% and snared. Meele/let the new pull die on your Dmg sheild (make sure you hit it once) and it will stick there and die from them dmg sheild, it will never run away from you!

I believe this will with for any other senario with npcs on same faction table. You can try this anywhere else, i do know for sure this works at Paludal at (c2). Good Luck and have fun lvling up alts! :cool:
 
This isnt really an exploit. Mobs usually dont run if theres one person is on 2 or more of the agro list; instead they fight to the death.
 
one of the best techniques for pl'ing. Been doing it long time for my lower lvl alts. Just pull multiples and let your ds work on them and the never run until down to the last one and then it will attempt to run away below 20%. At least multiples of the same type of mob that is.
 
Iv seen then run at 49% (if multiple), as far as the name, exploit or bug or whatever you want to call it... I found this very helpful of killing w/an alt, all i do is pull them, ae 1ce and let them die, over and over again lvling fast. (You can probably start this at lvl 10 depending on gear/plvler.
