Problem - NPC's will not talk/interact with me

Issue started at some point yesterday and has continued today. I am unable to interact though hails or key words with NPC's. I can still use click stye vendors/bankers but that is it. The issue persists even if I /unload MQ until I relog. Need help with this please all suggestions welcome.

/plugin mq2radar unload

then restart eq and mq2, see if that helps you

thats was it. thanks. no idea when or how radar got checked.
