Just copy this into your MQ2 Folder. I used moveutils and melee and didn't need to recompile them.

Anyone got any ideas on why I can upload the source?

yeah it works, just no kick ass documentation like JMO

Works fine, but doesn't have all the bells and whistles, so don't expect to warp around, chain zone, or really any active stuff, but if you are like me and love a good map, this does the trick just fine.
