Question - Not pulling certain mobs

I am trying to camp robes for my monks in Rathe Mountains. I only want to pull and kill the mobs that are PHs for the Brother and the Brother. No matter what I put in the info.ini file my puller would not pull Maldyn the Unkempt. Is it because it is not a KOS mob? It is the same for Hasten, but pulls "a drake" every time no problem.

Is there a way to force it to pull Maldyn? Hasten? Brother?
