Question - Not looting in Sol B (1 Viewer)

This is weird but my toons will loot automatically in any zone but Solb, got a few toons camped there, killing trash and for some reason they will not loot.

Loot it turned on and i have plenty of bag space and I have the latest update.

Any thoughts.
