is there a way to equip a low lvl with a high required item ? if not then , remove
the recommended lvl ? thank you in advance

What you want is MQ2Cequip, but afaik, that was nerfed. You'd have to PM cronic, though, and if you wanted it, and he had it, you'd have to buy it from him personally.
