Using EMU April 2021 version of KA. On emu server up to Kunark/Velious.
The looter won't loot when there is a mob (not a mob on Xtar), but any mob in camp area.. Whether that mob is mem blured/Mezzed and not on xtar.. or the mob is NOT kos and on the ignore pull list.. my looters won't loot.
Odd, since the puller won't pull the mob or seem to know about it... but causing issue when I camp in Lake Rathe (for instance) under water.. and trying not to kill Deep mob.. since it isn't kos.. the looter won't loot.
Any suggestions?

Found the issue.. in the loot.ini file, there is a setting called MobsTooClose.. I moved that down...
