Problem - New Char Wont Announce in /BC Channel

Created a new char and after setting up his buffs section, I noticed he will cast the correct spell but will not announce in /bc channel. Also I tried announcing in /rsay but that also did not work.

All my other chars are announcing fine in /bc channel but I cannot figure out why this char is acting different. Any ideas?

I did check that and did a reconnect. He follows commands so he is definitely in the EQBC channel. So baffled!

There isn't anything written to announce, is there? Just Announce=/bc. I usually have something like Announce=/bc Casting %s on %t
I don't know, am I missing something or is the assumption that what you have there isn't a direct copy/paste

Announce=/bc should work. If you don't customize it, there is a default format. I can't think of anything right-off for why only one toon wouldn't be announcing.

I was able to resolve it. I had to load and unload MQ2EQBC a few times and then it started working.
