I want to learn how to analyze a parser to update Kissassist and improve DPS for individual toons. So I need to update the DPS section for each toon...but how I make educated decisions for those updates?
I use both Gamparse and EQLogParser and am just starting to learn KissAssist. I need to learn how to make updates to the DPS section based on what I see in the parse. Right now I’m just flipping around the order of spells and AA’s I want in the DPS section, saving, killing a few mobs, and comparing. Surely there's a way to analyze the parse and made more educated updates. Also, there are lots of considerations, like… For insta-cast AAs or clicys, should I list them first? Should any instant cast AAs include the Weave option?
