Question - My Toon keep recasting the same spell over and over again

I need help. My Toon keep Recasting the spell Shout of the Wildstalker over and over again.

I just did and it stop. What is the different between DualMA and Dual?

Edit: I know what Dual is but I am not sure what is DualMA. Maybe I havent gone far enought with the Kissassist Guide?
