Stuck on casting Glowing Modulation Shard. Any idea why?

I'll chime in here since I answered a similar post elsewhere, but.... do you have the last/ToV rank of the Modulation Shard AA? This ini calls for it. So if you don't have that last AA rank then you need to change:
where it says "Radiant Modulation Shard" to "Glowing Modulation Shard"

You're casting "Modulation Shard" over and over because it can't find the "Radiant Modulation Shard" that is being checked through the ini in your inventory.
