I'm bringing back pulls of 2-4 and my berserker's incessant running back and forth is looking rather odd and robotic. Is there any way to configure things so that it will check if any other targets are on the xtarg window before returning to camp?

Are they hanging outside the camp radius while tanking the first one? You may have to increase the camp radius size.

You need to put your toons closer together near your tank. Kiss will not run back if the are multiple mobs within camp radius.

I have everyone starting within a 10 yard circle of each other. The Bard runs out, grabs 3 mobs, and returns. The tank engages them a few yards from his position. The bard starts his mez routine, then starts to DPS. When the first mob dies, my berserker and bard run back to their /camphere location then turn around and run right back to the next mob. The warrior the whole time makes a seamless transition from mob to mob, breaking mez one at a time. I can post ini's a little later to see if anyone notices something funky there.

If you increase your campradius they won't run back to their /camphere point unless outside of that radius.

10 is far too small, 20 is the minimum or you will have problems

my zerker is set to 30 and he does it, I thought it was just cause he was crazy.....

I haven't put my melee toons on KA9 yet, but my melees set to assist have always done this in KA8.
When manually pulling it was never as issue as I would set up my toons and pull so they didn't need to move (as I did when I manually boxed before MQ2).

My automatted fix was to:
A) Start the melees in front of the tank/pullertank if pulling from a set directon (with mezzer & puller behind), or
B) Start them basically ontop of the tank with tank camp at 30 and melees camp at 45 to 50.

They would still do the return thing now and then, and that would be if the mobs got really spread out (bad mezzing, LONG fights, inadvertent AE), or alot of push.

Bottom line. If you are not the tank and you are out farther than 10 units from your camp location. You will return to your camp location. That is by design. Only the tank should be picking up the next mob in camp and everyone else should be waiting for the mobs HP to hit the assistat point before engaging.

Thanks for the verification Meistro. I am using KA8 as well currently.

I used to have the Melee's in front, but I ran across a lot of issues where they got gibbed before the tank engaged. I will have to try starting them ontop of the tank with a larger camp size.

For now i've taken to setting returntocamp=0 on my melee toons so that they are a little less robotic looking, but now just a bit weird looking and manually forcing the tank to pull the mobs farther into camp when people get spread out a bit too much.

Nyght, my camps aren't set to those sizes, That's just the distance from the tank when I run /mac kisassist but I definitely did make sure to check first :)
