I was wondering how the casting interrupt functions currently? My problem: trying to prevent multiple healers from casting heal if one has already started. Is there a way to stagger the heals for mana efficiency, or to prevent the others from casting heals if one has already begun?

Would this be possible using a conditional? i'm too noobie to come up with it myself

Turn this on for all healers and restart KA. It should interrupt heals if target is above the health %.
