Config - MQNext partial incompatibillity?

Actually I am suffering the problem, that I can't change behavior by modifiieng the kissassist.ini.
After I used the tool to migrate to MQNext all worked fine.
First problem I found was, that I could not change behavior of chars, by coying different versions into Kissassist_charname.ini, as I was used to.

Now I want to modify my bards ini ... there's no way I find to modify behavior.
Even camp to desktop and restart doesnt seem to help.

After about 3 ours of wipes and frustrations I give it up for today.

are you editing your KA ini files in the next directory, in the config subdirectory or are you attempting to edit them in the MQ2 directory still? you need to edit the ones in the next directory in the config subdirectory.
