Is there an complete ini for this plugin for progression server/lower expansions? only see inis for later expansions.

Do not believe so, though it is not difficult to make one up.
I keep a
at the bottom of my ini. When I get into a new zone I pick something to save, just to get the correct zone name entered , then use any of the various websites to pull up the mobs I want to watch for. Copy the correct amount of blank spawn number, put in the names, save the INI, reload for the zone.
Gives me a little something to do while my guys are committing mass murder to the zone to begin with =)
