Yea. Remove it from the buffs list. There are sever instances where mounts can't summon, but it is easier to just remove it from the buffs list for now..
You could use MQ2Melee, if you were so inclined, and write a downshit to summon a mount. Spit-balling the terms, it could check to see if you're running kiss, not invis, and in an outdoor zone.
