What buff is the SK getting stuck on? That does sound like the issue.

On the SK, I'd suggest changing your MiscGem to not be 11. You have Tylix's Skin in 11 and that has a longer recast, so if the SK swaps it out and then want's Skin it would be waiting for the gem. I keep Defiant Stance and Tylix Skin on dedicated spell slots and use something with a fast recast as the MiscGem. Maybe drop Alliance if you're not using it.

I've noticed on my SK, when Buffing it will occasionally fail to cast the AA "Voice of Thule" and KA will decide it should mem the spell "Voice of Thule." The spell has a very long recast, so it will load it then sit there for a minute waiting for the gem to repop. I'm not sure about what triggers it or how to fix that, but on mine it seems pretty rare.

You could also try setting the DPSon=1 instead of 2. The 2 setting tries to cast every spell on the DPS list in order. I think KA would skip a spell if it's not ready, but could try it.

I don't think it's your delay issue, but the Aggro section needs greater/less and percentages to trigger.

Thanks for the reply, pretty new at this and appreciate the help. SK gets stuck on both defiant stance and tylix skin while either checking buffs/waiting for the spell gem, typically while a mob is in camp and not engaging. I've noticed the same thing with voice of thule. I'll try swapping the spells around, set dpson=1, as well as modifying the aggro section and test.
