Problem - Mezz delays

My puller/tank will go out and get agro and when he brings them back to camp, he more often than not, changes targets to the first one to hit him. The enchanter seems to always try to mezz his new target which immediately breaks because the puller/tank is beating on it. Then the enchanter seems to take way too long to recognize the second mob beating the hell out of my tank (the one that was originally targeted by the puller/tank before he switched).

A) is there a way to keep the puller from changing targets once he pulls unless the add is unmezzable?
B) Is there a way to get the enchanter to recognize the original target as mezzable sooner?

The first mezz is always quick enough but the second seems to be after a full round of debuffs on both mobs
 
I had to use MezAESpell=Sedative Stare|2 to get this to work correctly. Now the enchanter just AE mezzes when 2 or more shows up then replaces it with single mezz before the AE wears off.

I got it figured out, I had a DPS spell defined but not memorized, for some reason this was causing the delay. Once I memorized the spell, everything started working a whole lot better.

Yea, the cast routine will not mem a spell during combat, unless you are on a mount. That way your hybrid melee won't try and sit down next to a mob while melee is active.
