Question - Mage wont buff DS on Merc Tank?

Buffs3=Phantom Plate|Me
Buffs4=NULL

[Merc]
Help=To use: Turn off Auto Assist in Manage Mercenary Window
MercOn=1
MercAssistAt=99

I have my merc tank as MT so it will taunt

Am i missing something?
