Problem - Mage not casting 100+ spells

Looks like the 100+ spells do not fire at all. I replace with fickle magma and that casts but fickle conflagration will not. In the DPS below, only the following fires:
Malosinete (AA)
Broiling Sands (sub 100 spell)
Summoned: IceBound Sliver|45
Force of elements is being handled by a downflag in mq2melee

If I replace with the 100 and below spells, they cast (ie fickle magma instead of fickle conflagration)
Occurs with KA 7.6.7 as well....just checked.....seems isolated to my mage only. Looking at my chanter, he is casting 100+ DPS spells....will check other classes but never noticed this until now
Checked Necro....also casts 100+ DPS spells......very odd isolated to mage only.

Ignore.....seems I was using an older version of spells routine.....very odd it only affected mage

Closed as per user's own request, once user realized their issue was self created from incorrect config file.
