Ok, as for a mage macro. I have one, but unfortunately its just a long worked on Mage.mac from ~Rusty. Since there is no way that I can get ahold of him to post it, nor is there any chance that i've added near enough code to it so it can be considered changed. I can't post it here as its VIP only on the mq2 boards.
But I can tell you that all you need to do is work on the macro a bit. During the nuking sub, add if statements for GoM proc. add an event for GoM proc. during pet buff, put in a part where it uses the 2.0, etc.
