Macro to Login and get the Skull of the Slain Sarnak Illusion Cicky on all characters

DBG started giving out illusion clickys every year around this time and up to the 15th of October.
This years clicky is : Skull of the Slain Sarnak

This macro is simple, just start it at char select or in game.
It will log in each char on the account its on and get this years Illusion.

NOTE2: It only grants this on accounts that are GOLD, so its pointless to try this on a F2P or Silver account.

I used it yesterday to get the illusion on like 30 characters automatically.

Usage: run at charselect or ingame by typing /mac getillusion

it will login each character in the char select list one by one, get the illusion camp out log in next char until all on the account has the illusion
it will log to illusion.ini so it knows who it has left to do.

This macro only works if you have mq2autologin loaded and are running MQ2-20170922 release or newer.
