Question - Macro Help Request - Find and click text in dialog box

Searched all over, can't find a direct answer for this.

I am trying to make a simple macro to find and click the specific pink text in the chat window. For this NPC, using /say will not work, you have to actually click the text in the chat window to advance.

Any help?

hmm, are you sure? usually if you click the text it will say the advance chat command, which is not always the same as in the pink text marking.

This is not on a 'live' server, this is on EMU. There is no white dialog output, just brown text with clickable pink links and no one else can see except me. It's like an NPC whisper you need to click on, using /say "the text" does nothing.
