Still do not have the Debuffall option enabled. Through multiple iterations and attempts I found that it was debuffing in preference to mezzing, and I was getting wipes because the chanter was too busy making the mobs softer instead of locking them down before they made the tank squishy goo.

Totally screwed up before

I implemented a significant number of fixes to repair spell lineup, buffs, dps, and mezzes that were all incorrect in the prior version.
