Config - Lvl 70 BST ini w/conditions for KA11

First try at this, suggestions and corrections welcome, I'll try and update as needed.

This beast is primarily dps in a standard triad group, with pet heals and backup low level healing at low hp % for group members. Will buff, but with cle/shm in group there were some redundancies that his buffs were overwritten by higher or better ones, so those were not included. Uses paragon and hobble of spirits (the latter is not fully vetted as correct as of this posting) DoT cast points I'm still adjusting downwards for current TBS content as group burns too fast on lvl 73-76 mobs and he's oom sometimes yet, but DPS is top for the group with about 60% raid gear from 10 years ago.

Edit: 181229 - Added Tiger Claw skill in, as I didn't realize it was missing and MQ2Melee doesn't trigger those skills

Have you tried using nukes more and dots less? I found that to be much better DPS on my beast awhile back but I haven't parsed anything with all the dot revamps etc.

Disease dots especially were too slow unless it was a named. I also got too many resists.

Not yet, I've just recently resurrected him, and started using him a few weeks ago. But my daughter recently got interested in playing so I've been spending time with her on a new server with newbie toons. I'll circle back around and play with him some more later, and tweak some settings to improve his DPS if I can, although at the moment I'm pretty happy with him relative to the rest of my group geared char's, there's a marked difference, so I'm thinking I need to tweak their DPS more than the Beast's, but I'll take your suggestion into account and see what I can do with him.
