Config - Lvl 35 WIZ ini w/o conditions for KA11

Lvl 35 WIZ ini w/conditions for KA11 - DPS, DS, Snares, Harvest, AE's, and Lesser Evacuate (needs turned on in new ini)
The reference to Lesser Evacuate is in regards to a setting in the ini that will need to be modified so that the wizard will attempt to evac the group in the event of the MA dying. After placing this ini in your folder and running KA for the first time with this ini, you will need to edit the ini and find the line labeled: GroupEscapeOn=0 and change the 0 to a 1.
