Lvl 15 BER ini w/conditions for KA11 - For use with MQ2Berzerker plugin - adds Leg Strike for snares

This is a basic Berserker ini that I created to use with Chatwiththisname's MQ2Berzerker plugin, as his plugin does not use Snare, stun, or aggro control abilities, and I always felt, especially at low levels that these abilities are required, and are not detrimental to DPS. This Ini triggers a snare attempt at 30% health based on a conditional check to see if the mob is already snared. This ini will also summon and keep up 100 axes on your Zerk.
