Question - Loving KissAssist, but my SHM doesn't know when to buff!

So, everything is working well now, but unfortunately my characters always cast their buffs when I start the macro, regardless of any pre-existing buffs. This causes me to waste all my mana if I need to change the ini at all, and it's generally just somewhat annoying.

How can I make it check for buffs before buffing? I tried to find the spot in kissassist.mac, but was unsuccessful.

what does your buff section look like? shaman spells are slightly different than most

some have to look like this

Buffs3=Talisman of the Courageous rk. II|Dual|Insistent Focusing rk. II

The shaman is in his 20's, he doesnt have any of that fancy stuff, he just doesnt appear to ever check for buffs before starting the buff routine, he assumes they are buffless and casts as such

My lowbie shaman is doing the same thing. I was wondering if I was just wasn't setting my ini correctly.

Kiss doesn't check for buffs on start up. It just buffs so it knows everyone is fully buffed. Trying to check to everyone buffs see how much time is on them etc it's just easier to buff everyone on start up.
