Question - Looking to highly optimize ranger group DPS

Hello,

Looking to highly optimize a ranger MELEE Dps. The ranger does not use ranged much

I will post the ini later when I get home, Although I feel like there is a bit more that can be tweaked either by sequence or adding other things

Also, Is there a way to pop a couple discs when there are 4+ mobs?

Discs and items work fine in the [AE]. They also work fine in the [Heals] as a |Tap. Here's an example with SK discs and items:

Careful what you wish for! I do so much DPS that most tanks have a rough time holding aggro. I think it will depend on your AA, weapons, annd clickies how much DPS you do. Post your file and I will take a look.

The furious kick and Outrider's accuracy AAs are both excellent to add.

This is my INI. I do both range and melee. This is good because headshot now procs on much higher mobs than before, just not as often.

I know this is a bit old, but Banestrike and Jolting Heel Kicks are managed by MQ2Melee. For Jolting kicks you just need to turn it on. Type /melee and hit enter. You'll see an option--I set my number really low since agro is a problem with most tanks and I want to jolting kick immediately when it's up. Then open your Servername_CharacterName.ini file in your MQ root folder and add a couple lines for Holyshit to use Banestrike for you. I've found that because of the latency in KissAssist compared to Holyshit it's better to add your abilities to Holyshit and leave them out of Kiss. Don't get me wrong--Kiss is great, but when you're optimizing every partial second adds up.

You can add more checks if you'd like. I'm working on my ranger's ini right now. Using lots of conditionals to keep only a few abilities fired at a time for sustained DPS.
