Little Check on NPC's around (1 Viewer)

If some could help me rq with a smal sub, which
Would Count all NPC`s in a set Radius around and then
check if one of those mobs in that radius is moveing at higher speed then just roaming around(aka walk).

I Know ${SpawnCount[NPC radius 100]} would give the number as start, if anyone could help me out on the smal
loop to check each mob out of that SpawCount step by step.
