Question - Leveling bard instrument skills. /twist and afk or start a song and afk? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if there is a difference between starting a song and letting it play all night as you sleep, or doing something like /twist 1 1 1 so you twist the same song repeatedly.

Not sure if starting/stopping a song effects the process of skill ups at all.
