wymranar submitted a new resource:

LEVEL 96 WARRIOR (W/NTTB) - Piggy Back off Toadwar's .ini - Basic, level 96 warrior .ini w/conditions (little to no clickies).

So, this .ini is essentially a copy of Toadwarts .ini with some practical additions for a level 96 Warrior.
Some of the changes include:
1. The addition of No Time to Bleed.
2. End meditation now starts at 10%, with Sixth Wind. The Reprieve line is taken out.
3. I'm attempting to use the T1 RoF BP (Absorb Melee Spell Slot Effect) whenever NTTB is down. Not sure if it's programmed correctly.
4. Added Brace for Impact and Blade Guardian in the Buffs section.
5. Adjusted the AE section, so now...
