LEVEL 96 WARRIOR (W/NTTB) - Piggy Back off Toadwar's .ini

So, this .ini is essentially a copy of Toadwarts .ini with some practical additions for a level 96 Warrior.
Some of the changes include:
1. The addition of No Time to Bleed.
2. End meditation now starts at 10%, with Sixth Wind. The Reprieve line is taken out.
3. I'm attempting to use the T1 RoF BP (Absorb Melee Spell Slot Effect) whenever NTTB is down. Not sure if it's programmed correctly.
4. Added Brace for Impact and Blade Guardian in the Buffs section.
5. Adjusted the AE section, so now most things (Final Stand, Rallying Roar, Area Taunt) go off with 2 Mobs in camp or (Fortitude) 3 Mobs.
6. Added Field Armorer, Scoff, No Time to Bleed and Shield Topple to the DPS section. Changed the interval to 2 seconds to preserve some End. Also, removed Knuckle Break and switched it to burn, for Nameds and End preservation.
7. Aggro - added Krondals Roar, Scorn, Projection of Fury and the Heroic clickie BP's anger mod effect.
8. Burn/Named - just replaced Fellstrike with Mighty Strike and added Knuckle Break (Once/per fight)
9. Pulling, changed pull with Melee to Pull with Range (Stygian's Nightmare Bow)+ Arrow (Ethereal Arrow).

I'm sure I messed something up somewhere, but it's been working very well for me. I usually box with a Shaman and a Cleric Merc.
