Level 40 BST (TLP Luclin Era) - Simple Level 40 Beastlord for TLP Luclin Era

Simple ini setup for a level 40 BST on a Luclin Era TLP server. Melee with pet assist, slows, dots, and nukes. Also heals as needed.
Adjust DPS and Healing percents or disable entirely for mana or group composition needs. Add or remove buffs depending on your group needs as well.

Condition 1 is set up for a percent mana check before dotting.
Condition 2 is set up for a percent mana check before nuking.

Here's a condition I've been using to make sure BST slow doesn't overwrite my ENC slow, feel free to add:

Thanks! I figured like myself many people would have a 40 BST to start tossing into their groups and could use an ini. Mine isn't quite 60 yet, but soon!

Still getting used to adding conditions to avoid having to turn things on/off so much, didn't even think to do a slow check. I went ahead and added it into the ini. Thanks for the suggestion!
