Level 100 Druid w/Conditions - Druid debuff/dps/emergency heals /mana efficient based on con color

This druid setup is made to be more mana efficient on low level mobs, going right for quick damage for faster kills and slowly ramping up the mana usage and damage output as con color increases. uses fire/ice debuffs to allow spells to land.

Am liking it so far! Finding it a little mana hungry but that is more to do with poor gear at the moment I suspect? I am running her with a cleric so will try taking out (most) of the Healing.
