Config - Level 100-101 SK / Cler / Ench / Mag / Wiz Kiss11 templates

Used these Ini's to level from 100/101 ish to 105 and they worked well enough. Before I lose them in the abyss as I make my 105 INIs I wanted to get them posted up here just in case others can use them. The Wiz INI is largely just @Jarsath12 wizard ini but converted to kiss11 and using level 101 spells (for the 101 barrage spell). The cleric ini comes with conditions that @wired420 wrote and I just updated some spells to level 101. The magician is level 102 for the new water pet. The SK was the only char that had gear, the rest were still in defiant gear just about until I started hitting some ROF camps hard, then characters got some minor upgrades just off stuff that dropped. I did make sure to get the wizards some sleeves with fire damage and that made a big difference. These can definitely use improvements! Feedback is welcome as I am using these as a base for the 105 ones for now.
