Problem - [Lazarus] Druid not casting Spirit of Wolf on party members/pets

This could be down to a setting I can't find, but my low level Druid (11) on Project Lazarus is not casting Spirit of Wolf on anyone but herself. Other buffs from her and the rest of the party appear to be working as expected.

Thank you! I really appreciate all the work taking RGMercs from the macro to the Lua and also placing consideration on EMUs like Project Lazarus.
