but there's no way to fd after, e.g., every 3 casts?
 
It should attack on assist with the shaman. What exactly do you mean on its own?
 
I believe you have to have DPSon=1 or else the shaman will not send in the pet.
 
if its not on in mq2melee shaman pet wont assist either , Regardless if mq2melee is on or not , it has to be turned on in melee then /melee save to have it turned on each time after when melee is plugged in
 
any ideas on how to get a warrior to pull with a bow? i have tried ranged , ranged attack nothing .. thanks in advance

Does anyone have a ini for a 90 berserker? I am a new member to the site and program. I just recently split my main account to 3 so i could try boxing. Was having a helluva time when a friend suggested i head here. Between work and school i usually only get to play on the weekends and am hoping this will limit my backwards progression. I saw a 90 shaman ini i will copy this weekend.

If anyone has a 90 SK ini that would be helpful, if not ill try to copy the 95 Sk above and switch things to my level. If not, is it acceptable once i am home to post the INIs i have and ask for suggestions?
 
Berserkers are pretty easy to set up since most of their attacks are handled by MQ2Melee. Main thing is just setting up their buffs I will see if can find a zerker ini for you.
 
First, I would like to say thanks very much to the creators of Kissassist. It has finally let me have some fun in this game. I left for many years and recently came back, completely lost and confused. It is so nice to be able to box effectively without killing myself.

Second of which, i almost ashamed to say this, but Kissassist plays a better shaman then i do ! I always had to run a cleric merc with my team because i just could not slow/heal/dps/buff effectively boxing. i know i am only in HoT and not in end game content or gear, but the pp i am saving not having to run mercs is huge! It has also netted Sony a few more dollars. I am having so much fun with my trio( sk sham zerker) that i decided to buy a 4th account, subbed it to gold and created a bard.

I am going to sub out my Sk for a warr. When i came back my chars were on one account and the warr was just to much to try and solo get reacquainted with so the SK became my tank/solo toon. Since i am leveling up a new bard when he gets to 81 with the warr i am going to swap to him. I see a 90 warr INI i can copy but does anyone have a Bard INI or suggestions ?

Maskoi, back to the shaman, i have him running about as perfect as can be for my set up with regards to healing and buffing, The only problem i am having is i cannot get him to cast Unity. he will rebuff everything else np. i swear i copy/pasted from the current ini and still cant get it to work. Can i post his INI here and see if you can pinpoint what i am doing wrong?

Again, thanks to everyone who has created and kept this going, as a super casual solo player, this program has really put some life into my gaming and am really looking forward to getting my characters finally caught up aa/gear/level wise! EQ actually feels like a game for a change !
 
Wow glad to hear you are enjoying it. My whole idea behind Kissassist was to get toons up and running for causal players like yourself.

Is it casting untiy at all?
Is this account free to play if so you can 't cast rk.II spells would have to be Buffs2=Talisman of Soul's Unity|Dual|Exigent Focusing
 
All my accounts are gold, Ya he compleltely skips it, I will click Unity off all my characters, making sure i do the shaman last ( click all buffs off actually) he will pop the ring mind buff then skip and go straight to talisman of celerity then bih li and regen then hits a canni. almost looks like a lag thing kinda when he does it. but other then that, he heals/buffs/dps's like a champ, i can manually cast Unity once every 2 hours with a huge smile on my face still, its so minor
 
I copied the 90 warr ini file, what is the setting that wont let me manually target mobs? Right now im just running warr/bard trying to get bard caught up. i have the warr marked as tank/assist/pull on the eq window, and marked as Tank in the INI bard is just at camp singing.

I try to target a mob and it auto un targets, i cant even tab to a target and press a sneer/taunt before it de targets itself

The only thing I can think of is you have the wrong unity spell. It looks correct but if its not casting that means it not finding the spell in you spell book. This means wrong spell, no spell, or mispelled.
 
i have the warr marked as tank/assist/pull

I don't know what that means you can only set one role at a time. The toon will assist or tank or pull or pull and tank but there is no combo
Set your warrior up as the tank.
Target your warrior
/mac kissassist tank

Then pull with your bard an the tank will grab the mobs as they come in to camp
 
Ahh, sorry, i meant in the eq right click window i have him set as tank/assist/pull.

in the InI file hes just marked as tank and bard is marked assist, barb is still in level 5 gear at 60 i guess i could stop being lazy and buy some baz gear for him and try to pull lol and i didnt know about the /mac kissassist tank i was just using /mac kissassist on every char

I double check my shaman spell ranks, ty
 
On the bard, do you need to set items up in the MQ2Twist ini file? I just scored the Rapier of Somber Notes and want to make sure that buff stays up at all times.
 
No the mq2twist item handling is a nightmare just put it under buffs
 
Do you have a 95 BL ini? The one on the first page for lvl 90 says there's something weird going on with it.
 
I cant get my bard to twist songs. Unless i manually use my own melody key. Is there something i have wrong?

One other question, how can i stop my berserker from using Temple Chop. he goes thru endurance like crazy. i have stun=0 in mq2 melee but he still fires it on cooldown

That solved both of those issues thanks. Next question, on the zerkers Kiss INI i have his snare set to fire when mob is 25% but now with templechop off mq2melee is firing his snare on cooldown, can i turn it off in there too?

I'm a newbi on boxing.
my main is a 95 mage
i want to box my mage (my pet is my tank), my wizz 87 for dps and my shaman for heal slow and dps (with dot)
i know how to dual my mage and my shaman, i do it with shambot but the shamy don't do "apathy" and "Unfettered Growth" on my pet.
but i don't know how to put my wizz in this team; I suppose i have to use kissassit with my mage en MA (cause i can't put my pet on MA :p)
what ini do i have to modify ?
to launch what is the syntax ? /mac kissassit thenameofmypet or my thenameofmymage
 
You can use your pet as MA. Just target the pet and /mac kissassist or /mac kissassist assist PetName
That will make your pet MA and every one will assist, heal, buff etc the pet.

Also I am adding pet heals in the 5.0 which will be out in a few days. This will allow people to heal their pets using the normal heal section other wise any normal healing class will heal a pet selected as MA.
 
when i launch shambot with target pet and /mac shambot, my shaman do all what he have to do except "apathy" and "Unfettered Growth", if i do it with a real tank he do it.
 
Hey guys, just a quick one. Does anyone have a updated level 95 mage INI for Kissassist 5.1 :)

Not sure if its a setting i have wrong but i seem to be getting a constant "Adds in Camp" message while using my macro and V5.1 doesnt seem to be assisting my MA as well as it used too. Still early days at the moment i need to put in some more time setting up.

Awesome work Maskoi, really one of the best all round macros that i have used.
