Problem - Kissassist Failing on One Toon

I have been using Kiss for a while now and it has been great. Last week I noticed something, that when i was using my druid to powerlevel, and sitting him outside of the lvling group, he just stopped casting spells. i restarted his macro but no matter what i did, he would just never get to the point of actually casting his spells. His buff timers would wear off and it would say he was going to rebuff them, but to no avail. He also did not heal the MA anymore. This only happens with the druid and no other characters. They all have continued to work as expected. After letting him sit there for a while i noticed the mq2 chat looked like the attachment i put on this post. it basically seems like casting is failing for one reason or another but it's not much. I am not familiar with how and where mq logs to but would love some help in this matter as it has rendered my druid useless. things i have tried:

clean mq2 install
clean kissassist mac
clean the druids ini files
creating new isboxer profile
launching him now using isboxer

The only thing that has allowed me to get him to work with kiss again is putting him on my laptop but this is not optimal.

Last time i had this problem, i deleted all my MQ and kiss files and started from fresh...it worked for me....

damn. i tried it, and it didn't work. any idea how i can log so i can at least try to step through and see why mq2cast is failing

This use to happen on an older version of MQ2cast and/or old copy of mq2cast_spell_routines.inc make sure you have the most recent copy of both files.

Actually think it is a bad version of cast because its spamming spells like spiritual rememdy rnk 3 over and over

I'm a .net dev, rebooting is always the first thing I try But I was just able to fix this finally and I'm not entirely sure which file did it but Meistro reminded me that when I got a fresh mq install I didnt wipe the eq directory of leftover ini files related to the toon from when he was on ragefire. I am a lj player but the toon was originally on rf and I imagine something got crossed somehow.
