Question - KissAssist BurnAllNamed goes on any mob without an "a " in their name?

I'm using cwtn plugins on everyone except bard(lol).

Anyways, I am using Kissassist with Sic's 120 bard template and BurnAllNamed=1

I'm killing mobs in umbral plains and any mob that doesn't have "a " or "an " in their name is considered named and burned on. I had this issue in a previous zone as well. Is this just how KissAssist works or is there a way to improve this? The cwtn plugins obviously have different named detection because they don't burn on these types of mobs at all.

Obviously I can just disable this and manually burn the bard. I just didn't know if this was normal behavior for kissassist?

It's super fun when farming in Kael, as 2/3 of the mobs are "named".
How does CWTN know a named mob, and why doesn't KA incorporate that?

KA relies on EQ cues (My_Name_Burns), CWTN is Chat and Sic "so and so is a named, so we burn on this".. you get what you pay for~

The Named problem has nothing to do with kissassist or cwtn. It is what is returned by MQ when testing if the mob/spawn is a Named. I have a test version of Kiss that provides support for the use of SpawnMaster. The problem with using SpawnMaster is the mob has to be your target. Kissassist checks the spawn TLO so that the mob does NOT have to be targeted to check for named status. If you want to do some testing I can send you a copy of the current version of kissassist that will use the SpawnMaster ini file to determine if a spawn is a named or not.
