Problem - KISS assist issue with Enchanter continually casting a spell

My enchanter is lvl 119 so i decided since he is closer to 120 than he is to lvl 115 I should use one of the KISS assists that are for a lvl 120 enchanter. I changed certain things recommended in that KISS assist. WHat is happening is that the Enchanter is constantly casting Slowing Helix. It is partially successful but he keeps casting it during the fight. I'll include a portion of the KISS assist that mentions it. How can I get him to just cast it once on a mob and move on?

First thing to try is removing the extra | character in the line:

DPS2=Slowing Helix|99|debuffall|slow||always

I removed the extra character, but have not tried to see if that really would solve the problem. I sure hope it does.
