Problem - Keypress Issue

I have been boxing for a while now and recently when I issue a keypress command to my toons a object preview window pops up and prevents the command from being issued. Any ever seen this?

I'm not sure what an object preview window is. What is that, and what key are you using?

I do not know what it is either I can get a screen shot next time I am in game. But this actually happens with any keypress command.

i believe its to do with how somtimes ghosts keys like alt and ctrl is stuck when alt tabbing between boxes.

specially happens wiht wineq present.
