Question - Keeping group members behind tank

Is there a way to set group members to stay behind the tank while /chase on? I've noticed that they're constantly in the way of the tank pulling. So I move the tank around for line of sight on pulls, but they continue to get in the way. All are set to Chase On/25 distance. Any ideas? Thanks
