Fork / Mod KA Vulnerable to attack from chat windows

So; some jack-a-lope was using a KA box to strip me of aggro during a raid. I didn't like this much and looked in to how to stop it. In the process I found several ways in which a malicious-minded person could bugger up someone else's KA boxes by sending the right /say,/tell,/group,/whatever messages. I'm hesitant to post the exact process; but it didn't take me long to figure out and I'm sure others have/will, too. Maskoi, please advise as to how to proceed..? Should I post my findings here or...?

it is obviously someone who uses MQ2 but is one of them if i think you use it ill report you even though i use it people.

I wrote Kiss to minimize this kind of thing in EQ chat windows. Its why it doesn't respond to tells etc for commands. Just Pm me what you found or where the leaks are.

I wonder if they /tell Soanddo Soandtells the group 'whatevercommandshere'
So that KA might be parsing that someone is telling the group...? Maybe?

You can also use tell windows. I don't think KA looks for anything in those windows.

the only leak for kiss assist that I found and cant no 1 say other wise cause I did it to myself is spam yourself with /tells it lags out the server side of that person ( this being said ) it is only possible if on same connection for EQBC - not anything else kiss isn't designed to react to any tells or say or group say or anything of that nature ' so bugging it out with those I call BS on , unless you were connected via EQBC connection to their server on their computer or yours alone , their is no possible way to bug out kiss assist

I'm not sure if that was intended as bait, to learn how. But; yeah, as any "real" hacker knows; there's no such thing as a secure system. And; no way to keep a determined person out forever. I've sent the relevant information up. Please close this thread.
