Using April 2021 EMU version.. is there a way to have characters sit or mezz before they reach the threshold for medding (which then stops pulls)? I'd just like the characters to sit when not buffing or fighting.

You can use a mount when possible.
Buffs8=Command:/useitem Restless Wolf Saddle|Mount|cond13

Cond13=!${Me.Mount.ID}

Or you can force them to sit:
Buffs11=command:/Sit|Cond16
[]
Cond16=${Me.PctMana} < 90

No mounts on our emu server, but I like that conditional. Thanks.
