after so long the puller stops pulling and/or the tank doesn't tank..just stands there...

First off.... when did we add the role "Role= pullerassist" to KissAssist ....

The answer is.. we never did.

Thats mistake #1 ... the puller will assist the Main Assist when the puller brings the mob back to camp radius. and the Main Assist takes over.
So change that to be "Role=puller" .. no spaces please like you have.

Also ,... not that i think it will kill ya... but get rid of the leading space in your pull with spell.. "PullWith= enunciation of tashan"
In fact ... get rid of ALL the spaces between = and your data ... too many places i see it... it just freaks me out.

I would turn off chain pulling on the chanter as well for now... since you claim the tank isn't picking up right away....
Change to:
ChainPull=0
ChainPullHP=90

Second.. if the enchanter is pulling to the tank who is the SK ... WHY do you have him as role PullerTank ?????? He should JUST be tank!
Have the SK target him/herself and kick off with role tank. He/SHe will engage any mob that comes into his/her melee radous then.. (including what the chanter brings back )

Change SK stick method from "StickHow=tight" to "StickHow=snaproll"

You have an obvious roles issue going on here.

Also .. you have CRAZY camp radius going on with both the enchanter and the sk .... make them BOTH:

Your SK should engage the pulled back mob the enc brings when its within 75 feet:
MeleeDistance=75

SO if they sthart out running kiss.. in the correct roles.... close to eachother... and have similar camp radius defaults.... the SK should have no issue engageing the pulled mob.

Start the two toons up relatively close in distance to eachother.... make the changes i suggested.. and re-test... .. report back with results please.

made the changes you suggested, running smooth now..chanty stopped pulling after having to med a few times but that is all..much much better thank you!

Glad it is resolved... chanty having to med can't be helped.. unless you turn off her med function.. lol
