Question - Just bought a month sub via redcents on may 4th and charged for sub on may 12th? (1 Viewer)

Basically, if you add redcent months on to your subscription they are tacked on to the end. i.e. if you cancel your sub now, you will use up the rest of your paid time, and then the redcent month will kick in until that runs out.
If you'd like a refund and a month removed from your sub, we need a name, paypal email and invoice # of the paypal receipt.
You can also use the "contact us" form if you'd rather this be private.

I gotcha.
For anyone else with this issue: we can't tell paypal to stop charging you for a certain month that you paid with RedCents. It's best to cancel your sub with paypal, and then buy RedCent months until you run out of RC.
