Hello, im trying to set it up to use Earing of Cleansing. But i don't see an option to use them to cure.

You need to add it as a clicky, and you need to have the clicky set to run during the cure rotation, which is one of the options of when to run it.
Don't have pictures because I'm out and about, so just give it another look.

Ok, thank you! I dont believe i ever checked the cure rotation.
To be clear, you specify when you use each clicky, and one of the options is during a rotation, and in this case it needs to be during the cure rotation. Once you select that, you can select the types of effects that you want it to apply to
