I was wondering if there was a way to get Chaotic Power (the effect from the 68 necro spell Call for Blood) to work as Faerune does in mq2faerunesong. That would be huge to have that effect nonstop.

No. That's a server-side buff.

The reason that MQ2Faerune works is that all of its effects are things that can be offseted via MQ2DoCrack...ie, everything it does is controlled client-side.
