noticing that the pathing has gone wonky when I ran it this morning as well he isn't hailing the end NPC. Not sure what I am doing wrong I downloaded the new 1.5 so that was the only thing that I have changed.

were you running kiss on your tank doing something else before going to do into the hills ? If so log off and back on your tank.

I restarted my PC and it all seems to run flawless now. Seemed as though that my tank was in warp mode or something. sometimes when I boot up my toons some of them seem to be perma bard speed although they have no buffs that allows this.. once I restarted the pc it was all good.

one thing I always do is make sure all your toons are on 1st person mode

Updated the file to 1.5.1 Minor changes went back to gettarget but fixed it so it works better and will not change targets just because your target is no longe xtar 1.

Remove the line that asks for it. There is nothing to handle if you die. Although if you use mq2rez and die and your cleric rezes you it will continue the macro as if nothing happen :)

3. Download hillsinto_war and sk and move them to the macros folder.

There is no "hillsinto_war.ini" file attached to your post... can we just use the SK version?

My War isn't quite ready for this yet. He can't handle 3+. I'm gonna work on him a bit more and upgrade his gear and meantime use the chanter single pull :)

What kind of stats does your warrior have geek? I'm just about to hit 100 and was hoping to be able to jump right into this with my team. Will be buying COTFT1 for my warrior first and outfitting him with whatever i can get from baz.

There is no "hillsinto_war.ini" file attached to your post... can we just use the SK version?

They both use the same paths just rename the sk one to war. If you have all your defensive disc any warrior in tier 1 can handle 3 + .

When I tried, he was 98 with about 60k HP and 5300 AC (sad huh). I'm gonna get him to 100 and the cotf t1 stuff and try again.

OK now that my warrior is 100, geared in T1 cotf, has all rk. 2 discs, and has most of his defensive AAs maxed, I have tried this again. There is a problem with my warrior pulling a mob that is behind several other mobs, instead of the one closest, which results in pulling 7 or 8. Is there any way to fix that?

my sk started tanking this at 100 with t1 gear, now I have t2 gear and things are MUCH smoother, the key was the 8% avoid aug AND Improved Dodge 5 and then as many 30+ AC augs you can get your hands on...

Does your SK also pull 6+ at a time on the first 2 sections?

I have pulled as many as 8 yuppers and my awesome chanter saves the day, if he feels like it, working that out now.....

only problem that im having is tends to get stuck from monk melee push on first few pulls in the wall some cant figure out how to fix that part

Looks like my problem was in MQ2MoveUtils. I had to change my moveto distance because he was running to the area of the points, but not close enough. Therefore he'd end up pulling mobs from a distance instead of those close to him.

/moveto dist 5
/moveto save

Fixed.

Had an issue with this macro where it will not accept the task. It opens it and if I accept it manually it works like a dream but it just gets stuck with the task window open otherwise. Any ideas?

did you do the 1st 2 and now you are up to "into the hills" I had issues before I did the 1st 2 runs....

Ya I wish we had TLOs to get task names when requesting them but we don't. Not sure why if it shows in the UI MQ2 should be able to get it.

Pally support has been added and testing now.

Revamped the targeting code again hopefully this time it's more consistent. Now it will compare your target.id to your XTarget IDs and if none match it will /xtar

HealSpell1 is used as a self heal, HealSpell2 is used as a group heal always make sure you set that as a group heal. HealSpell3 is used as a single target heal it will heal anyone in the group below 70% or should :)

This was tested for 24 hrs on an extremely GIMP pally i mean this pally has 5500 AAs and no augs with cotf tier 1 group gear. It is not fully optimized for pally AAs and what not but it works decent enough and only had 1 wipe with a pally that really should not of been tanking this mission to begin with.

Other Changes
Target sub was changed again hopefully this time it works good enough. I have tested it and it will not get stuck anymore. Before if it targeted a mob to pull and got aggro from other mobs it would never target them to kill it would get stuck in a loop because it cant pull because mobs are on xtarget but it didn't know to kill them :). Now it does.

Pathing file name has been changed to one file for all classes. Redownload hillsinto2.ini
 
Tried this right at 100 with my warrior who just had autogrant aa, cotf group gear and attuneable bazaar gear. Didnt go too well. You definitely need some gear and aa to get started with the missions. Mac works amazing, just trying to inform others about what to expect. I'll be trying again tonight now that my warriors defensive aa are maxed.
 
Ya if you lack CC you cant do it. Also cleric mercs are not sufficient at healing this. A raid tank doesnt need CC but i doubt you can get away with that in lesser gear.
 
My tank is in T1 cotf with about 6k aa. Ha has handled 6 DB mobs with a bard for AC and CC. Also a druid for backup heals. He dies if the same 6 are level 100.
 
Jag, i had posted some stuff to make it less raid tank friendly, and to boost it for better raid gear warriors. Just modify the sections i have in there. If you are getting owned faster try keeping steadfast defense going all the time to reduce incoming damage, mini fort disc would work too on the 5 pull just after the first corner. my warrior is rof 2.5 raid geared so he can tank 5 without discs rolling with cc and sometimes without cc, but without cc rolling last stand makes it trivial. William did a good job on this macro to make it all inclusive. Would be nice to have a flex option to change when discs are triggered so if your god geared you can turn them off or if your a gimpy tank to roll discs earlier. If i wasnt at work i would test out a couple changes and post them for you.
 
I have an enchanter, the first time i pulled three it just rolled me before he could CC. About to go try again, my crew is a warrior/rogue/enc/wiz/wiz merc/cleric merc.
 
Or try with two healer merc with one on efficient and one on reactive. Also I got a weapon Aug with MoV that procs runes. You might pick that up. (On my phone or I'd link)
